Tara, formerly known as Chantelle Gomez, has long dreamed of a space dedicated to Indian Performing Arts in North Goa, India. Her vision is to create a immersive holistic experience and offer an opportunity for the community of artists to join, and help preserve the beauty and heritage of Indian Arts in a artistic, safe and inclusive enviroment. Tara’s mission is to offer a space that can cultivate the artist according to the lineage, culture and philosophy of India. She also believes that tradition can be honored yet, space for visionary evolution is necessary for the inner growth of an artist. Hence, Tara has included Modern Dance and Fusion Dances in her programs with the aim to support the artist empowered expression.

Tara prays that this Vision may offer a glimpse of hope and love in the heart of her Gurus and, for the heritage of India.


Bibin Kavumpurathu


‘I am a professional Kalaripayattu instructor from Kerala. I started my Kalaripayattu practice in 2010. I learnt the Northern Style from Shaji. K. John Gurukkal, Spaces, Chennai, and the Southern Style from E.S. Narayanan Embranthiri Gurukkal. E.N.S Kalari, Cochin. I started teaching Kalari from 2017 onwards and I am conducting Kalari classes and workshops in Goa since 2018.’


Radhika Dasi

Devotional Raag and Kirtan

Radhika dasi is an India based devotional artist. She was initiated into the Gaudiya Vaishnava lineage by her Spiritual Guru Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Maharaja at a very young age and thus much of her childhood was spent in ashrams and on sacred pilgrimages in India in the company of the Vaisnava mystics. She has dedicated her life to the sacred song and dance heritage of Bhakti Yoga. For the past 5 years Radhika has been studying classical Indian vocal, traditional folk music and Kirtan under the guidance of Guru Kanhaiyalal Mondal, and Guru Binod Bihari Panda. She has travelled around the United States, Europe, India and Bali sharing Kirtan with her dear friends the KIRTANIYAS. She continues to teach, travel and share the teachings of her Gurus. It is her soul mission to inspire individual and collective healing through sacred sound vibration and devotional expression.

Guru Sharon Lowen - Odissi

Sharon Lowen is a renowned artist of Odissi. She has bridged cultures performing on every continent as well as for television and film. Sharon has made her home in India since 1973 to dedicate herself to her work as an artist and to promote excellence in Indian performing arts. She first came to India from the United States as a Fulbright Scholar with B.A. and M.A. degrees in Humanities, Fine Arts, Asian Studies and Dance from the University of Michigan. Sharon received her training in Odissi from Padma Vibhushan Kelucharan Mohapatra, the undisputed master and architect of the contemporary Odissi repertoire.

A scholar, teacher, author and performing artist, Sharon has taught at colleges and universities in the United States and India. In the award winning Telegu film, Swarna Kamalam directed by K. Viswanath, Sharon was featured as herself to inspire the heroine to value her own Indian dance heritage.

In addition to Odissi, Sharon is trained in Manipuri Dance, Mayurbhanj and Seraikella Chhau and is the founder of Manasa - Art Without Frontiers.


Vishal Telang - Modern Dance

Vishal Telang was born into a Goan family but raised in Bangalore. After completing his initial studies in Dance in Bangalore, he traveled to NYC to undergo a Graduate Program. In 2016, he graduated from the Independent and Seminar Study Programs in Modern and Contemporary Dance from New York City's Peridance Capezio Center. He has trained Ballet with Yuka Kawazu (Dancer Staten Island Ballet), Kat Wildish (NYC Ballet and American Ballet Theater) and Suzana Stankovic. Vishal also trained in Classical American Modern Dance with Julia Ehrstrand, Max Stone, Marijke Eliasberg, Jana Hicks, Raphaelle Kessedjian, and Shelly Hutchinson (Graham, Horton, Limon and Cunningham techniques, Laban Movement Analysis, Forsythe's Improvisational technique and Gaga) and Contemporary Dance.

Vishal Telanh has 19 years of experience in teaching dance. He was a faculty member of Shiamak Davar's Institute for the Performing Arts (5 years) and Anupam Kher's Actor Prepares (8 years) . He performed around Europe (Portugal, Germany, Poland, Austria) for a Hindi Musical by Swapna Khanna and Raman Khanna (based in Mumbai/Bombay). Danced in the movie Bunty Aur Babli choreographed by Shiamak Davar. Performed at the New York City Center for Yuka Kawazu. Performed at the Salvatore Capezio Center (New York City) for Jana Hicks and Marijke Eliasberg.
